Miramar is a value oriented investor with a longer term horizon. 

Miramar is typically a minority passive investor.  Its investments include limited partnerships, (with a focus on real estate limited partnerships) closely held exchange traded companies (OTCBB), as well as traditional stock & bond investments. 

At various times Miramar may take a more active role and contact other investors to increase its investment, or to gather the support of other investors to propose, or oppose particular measures that may impact our investments.
